The years have gone by in a flash! It seems like yesterday that we walked into our new factory in New Hope, MN excited for what the future would bring. My feelings today are of gratitude and humility. First & foremost to my father & co-founder M.J. Monteiro who read our business plan and gave us a shot to start a manufacturing business. Co-founder Mike Brandes was also there from the start. His energy & ability launched the company towards the success it is today. Doug McIntosh, Garry Strating, Kara Fischer & Jim Johnson rounded out the courageous starting crew. I have deep admiration for all of them. Since 1992 we have had many employees come & go. We have a few retirees, and some have passed on. I am grateful to every person that came to work with us throughout the years, but especially to those who have stuck with us throughout the journey. Our first purchase order was from 3M and our first customer of note was Ring King. Today we have customers ranging from Fortune 100 companies to burgeoning entrepreneurs. We are thrilled that they trust us to partner with them creating innovative products. We’ve had our fair share of good fortune as well as economic ups & downs throughout the last 30 years. The things that have been consistent are great attitudes, can-do spirit and having some fun doing what we do. We have an awesome company, and it is thanks to all of our great customers, vendors & employees that allow us to celebrate 30 years of success. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
