FLEXTECH features a variety of state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment and processes that enable us to produce high quality parts and assemblies in countless shapes and sizes.

Manufacturing processes include:

• Molding compression and vacuum
• Laminating adhesives, fabrics and foam-to-foam
• Die cutting two-dimensional, with films, pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSA) and fabrics

FLEXTECH also has the expertise to design unique machines and custom processes for special projects that require innovative capabilities. And we use state-of-the-art manufacturing software, including bar code technology that allows real-time tracking of all our orders.

Because our tool shop is in-house, we can prevent production delays caused by tool problems. We also stock many of the materials we use in order to reduce production lead times.
